It seems that in MarkLogic 6 (I'm running 6.0.1-1), the server is caching filesystem files. Is there a way to disable this? I just spent a good amount of time fixing syntax errors for a 500 error that kept complaining about lines that no longer existed. The only way to get it to see my changes was to restart the app-server.
