I've created spelling dictionaries for German, Spanish, French, Latin, and 
Dutch, based on aspell word lists. The files validate against the ML schema for 
spelling dictionaries, and I've used them successfully in my own work. I've put 
in a request to bring these files into the main branch on github, but that 
request hasn't been reviewed yet, so for now they're only available from my 
branch:
