Hi Nagaraj,

MarkLogic can hold textual, binary, and XML documents. The contents doesn't
matter in that respect. Size does to some extent (there are limits to what
can (reasonably) be loaded into MarkLogic). Whether the XML is useful in
the format you load it, depends on what you would like to do with it, and
whether the XML format as-is fits those needs..

Kind regards,

Geert

database

*Dell - Internal Use - Confidential *

Hi Team,

We are able to load multiple files (txt) from hdfs to marklogic database.

But now I have 5 xml files. All of them have same structure (similar tags)
But values of tags are different.

When I load it, any one of these 5 files is getting loaded.

Will the content of the xml files matter?

And I am using mlcp for loading files.

Thanks and regards,
