Thanks Harry. I’ll muck with that when I get a free hour later today. It’s not really critical as I ended up just setting up another workspace but it would be good to know why/how to fix if I started seeing that regularly.

I had something like this when I was doing some work with QConsole open in Firefox and Chrome. Might have also complicated the mess by more than one dev using "admin" on the same server at the same time... You might be able to use the ID's from this error message to explore the database to find the workspace document causing the query to return two and 'fix' this if it's really critical that you get that specific workspace running correctly again.
