On 8.0-1, there appears to be a bug. I inserted a JSON document consisting of
{"kwd":"Aluminum"}
and could retrieve it with
http://localhost:PORT/v1/keyvalue?element=kwd&value=Aluminum
but not with
http://localhost:PORT/v1/keyvalue?key=kwd&value=Aluminum
That said, the keyvalue endpoint is deprecated in favour of the qbe (Query by
Example) or search endpoints, so you don't want to write any new code against
that endpoint.

localhost:xxx/?q=kwd%3AAluminium
this works as well using REST:
localhost:xxx/v1/search?q=Aluminum
this does not work using REST:
localhost:xxx/v1/keyvalue?element=kwd&value=Aluminum
Documentation is a bit unclear. Is the last version supposed to work? If not,
why not?
