Thanks. Yea the modules are on a filesystem -- /opt/MarkLogic/AppServer/*.xqy

Ok I will talk to oxygen support team. But assuming Oxygen can debug only DB 
based modules as you hinted on, how would I create the DB based module or load 
the xquery modules to the database?
