I’d encourage opening a support case for this if you are entitled to support. They can raise necessary urgency levels.
Otherwise no immediate thoughts unfortunately, other than perhaps there is a filesystem issue? Can you reach D:\Program Files\MarkLogic\Data\Forests\Last-Login_devxml1\Large by browsing to it with the file explorer?
