Hi Gaël,
I am getting the impression that you have been using the app services before to
either manage databases, apps, views, or flows, and now someone has deleted a
database that was used by any of them through other means. The errorlog seems
to refer to database number 11 in the config files. If you run this in
QConsole, that might reveal which database is the troubling one:
xdmp:read-cluster-config-file("databases.xml")//*:database[11]
