I doubt it is official, but I always look at what the official download is offering and just guess at the URL, and the files are usually still there:
e.g.: https://developer.marklogic.com/download/binaries/8.0/MarkLogic-8.0-1.1-amd64.msi https://developer.marklogic.com/download/binaries/8.0/MarkLogic-8.0-2-amd64.msi You have to be logged in just like for downloading the current of course.
