Looks to me like you could either split your input into multiple requests, or use MLCP and have it do the same thing.

Can you send what you find there? I've never posted directly to /v1/graphs; I've always used mlcp to load triples: http://docs.marklogic.com/guide/mlcp/import#id_32771.
