It seems to me that if the memory footprint is stable at 95%, you're getting
your money's worth out of the RAM you bought.

Subject: [MarkLogic Dev General] Excessive memory usage on WIndows

On a dedicated server MarkLogic is consuming 95% of memory on Windows Server
2012. The customer is using a monitoring tool (not sure what) which is
flagging this as an issue:

Is this a real issue?

What would be the best solution to limit memory usage?

Looks like 'in memory limit' may do this at the database level (there are
2), but fragments are of all sizes so not sure how to adjust.

For now I suggested recycling the service.

Thanks for any advice,

Gary
