Take a look at ExportToZipJob in ml-javaclient-util<https://github.com/marklogic-community/ml-javaclient-util/wiki/DMSDK-Jobs> and mlExportToZip and mlExportBatchesToZips in ml-gradle<https://github.com/marklogic-community/ml-gradle/wiki/Exporting-data>.
