I just now had an email to chat forum bounce.
The only information I have on why is:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Technical details of permanent failure:

review our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines.
The url does suggest to me any reason for the bounce.
How should I proceed here?
