As user I am more interested by the latest bug discovered or fixed that by a bug fixed in 2005. In some factories, we are keeping loggbooks of failures, maintenances, fixes etc... it is more convenient to have the most recent action requested in first place and at the end of the book the oldest one. In my opinion, it will more readable to have the list reversed, the most recent bug in 1-st position, the oldes, in last position. I am aware that it is a question of presentation only, The content is always the same.
