I tried to install 2 packages that weren't installed (api/lapacke and tables/taraxml) but the unzip failed. It turns out those two packages' destination folders are write protected - I suspect that this is the issue.
I tried to change the properties (to allow read/write) of those two folders, but weren't able to do so - I believe this is a Windows 7 issue. I deleted the two folders and I tried to run J as Administrator but can't run jqt.cmd as Administrator. It fails on the line "start bin\jqt.exe". I changed the line to "start C:\Program Files\j64-801\bin\jqt.exe", but start does not like ".\Program Files\...". Where should I go next?
