this is mentioned in qt ide installation wiki page.

for Linux, the popular linux distros already have the Qt libraries
installed. If not, the Qt libraries are provided in Debian by packages:
libqtcore4, libqtgui4, libqt4-opengl, libqtwebkit4, libqt4-declarative and
libqt4-declarative-particles.
