I've not followed this thread, but you can use

whichscript =: [: 'Not from script'"_`({ 4!:3@(''"_))@.(0&<:) [: 4!:4 [: < >

   whichscript 'taketo'
+----------------------------+
|C:\J\system\main\strings.ijs|
+----------------------------+

and that would tell you what file to look in.
