Further:

- In addition to <<DateTime()>>, other <<Macros>> which had seen some use on 
MoinMoin were <<BR>> (which should be expressed in MediaWiki as <br/>) and 
<<Anchor()>> (which should be expressed in MediaWiki as <span id=“..."></span>).

- Certain types of list syntax were not recognized/translated, specifically A. 
for alphabetically-labelled ordered lists, and 1.#0 for numbered lists starting 
with zero (or generally at integer N for 1.#N).

- Nested tables, especially with “merged cells”, didn’t come in perfectly.  I 
believe the only good/effective way to convert these will be manually.
