HowNuVoc was written for MoinMoin, which turns every CamelCase word into an active link. For starters, turn every CamelCase word (like NuVoc itself, and NuVoc#bottomrefs) into active links. That should fix the page.
Page: Guides/Getting Started ends with: "J Beginners: Check out NuVoc!!" …that's jejune. (My fault.) Maybe it needs a rider: "(Baffled? Then start with: HowNuVoc)" Page: NuVoc -does in fact start with a link to HowNuVoc. But maybe it's not prominent enough? I have a Jwiki ToDo list as long as my arm. Sorry, been hellish busy publishing other people's books. Will re-emerge J-wise soon, promise. Some things only I can do. Most things anyone can do. It's my policy to neglect the latter.
