Ok....

I was assuming that the issue was which tcp port jhs was binding.

It looks like Erik was assuming (probably more accurately) that you
were concerned with the ip address which jhs was binding. (The
instructions you linked to have a BIND=: 'any' line which needs to be
added to the config.)

Bill Lam seems to have assumed that your issue had to do with loading
jhs (this is also plausible).

Re-reading your original message, your concern also seems to have to
do with the name of the config file.

That said - the quoted text you included in your original message
looks to me like it was intended to all be performed within J. (The
lines which you did not quote, but which follow, in the wiki page, the
lines which you did quote, look like they could be performed using
finder.)
