Are there public sources for the documentation? Especially the Dictionary. I'd like a hardcopy of the whole thing; I understand there aren't printed copies for sale, but I have a printer and like tinkering with TeX and whatnot, and it will likely be more work starting from the provided HTML than from something else (I assume).
