[Jgeneral] JHS scratch window removed

I'm back to working with JHS again and I noticed the Scratch window
has been removed. This was a useful way for me to tinker with
multi-line scripts without having a separate browser window open and
creating temp files. Just thought I'd pass along in case there was any
question whether it was used. Is there a suggested new way forward?
