The JHS menu items you refer to assume a normal install. That is that all addons have been added. This is the case if you do a normal install per the wiki install page.
Sounds like you need to install some addons. In JHS jijx menu ide>pacman and press 'Not Installed' and then install them all. Probably a good idea to do an upgrade all as well.
