Well, .. another approach would be to use the https://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/Special:WantedPages page.
When you click on a red link, it brings up an editor page (possibly with information that that page had been deleted and cautioning you against recreating it). But, also, when you are on a regular page (even one that does not exist), on the left side there's a "What links here" link. For the JAL Package Manager page which was deleted and is currently at the top of the "Wanted Pages" list, that "What links here" link leads to https://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/JAL/Package_Manager/jpkg Anyways... it should be fairly simple to either install a redirect, replacing the non-existent page with the intended destination, or to go through each of the pages linking there and fixing them up.
