It is actually missing. On purpose.

You are at liberty to deliberately open your backdoor to all-comers, but I
cannot release an app on App Store which transparently opens your backdoor
to all-comers. As you're no doubt aware, iOS is a heavily guarded platform.
There are J scripted utilities like websockets, pacman and by extension
httpget I cannot bundle with the app without violating Apple guidelines.

It's like me selling you a bong for smoking weed, but you have to locate
your own weed.

HINT: try this in jqt904:
   open '~system/util/pacman.ijs'
Wouldn't that be a good script to copy to your iCloud Drive. Files app on
your iPad might just be able to see it. […Untested]
It should work for dylibs too, which are contraband to App Store.
