When I click the green <> Code button, I see a dropdown. This dropdown has two tabs: Local and Codespaces. (Local is selected for me, when the dropdown opens.)
Within that tab, there's a Clone section, and below that an Open with GitHub Desktop section and below that a Download ZIP section. Is there any chance the Download ZIP section is off the bottom of your screen?
