If the "general" forum (i.e. mailing list) is the only one you'd need to unsubscribe from, go to http://www.jsoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/general , fill in your email at the bottom of the page in the unsubscribe section, and confirm your unsubscription with the link in the email that is sent to you by the mailman system. If you'd need to unsubscribe from other fora, do the same for the others (their addresses are listed at https://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/System/Forums). I hope this helps!
