No, it means that Gump is buggy as hell and the fact that it's python prevents a huge amount of willing java-knowledged contributors to help :-(((
I'm seriously itching to rewrite the beast from scratch in java.
But, for now, this just means that there were configuration issues with the svn repository (that should have been fixed now).
Let's see what happens in the next runs.
