Apparantly the Board Report wizard has changed a section and we are expected to provide a project state[1] by now. Of https://www.apache.org/foundation/board/reporting#guidelines I picked "dormant". As usual, feel free to modify the draft in any way that is necessary. Stefan [1] as a non-native speaker I get confused by state vs status.
