It took a little longer than I expected to do this. I've just switched
vmgump to Java 22. The first run should start in ~4.5 hours.

Tomcat now needs Java 22 to build the development branch so I'll be
moving Gump to use Java 22 once it is available in the ASF package
repository. I anticipate this move happening in the next week or so.
