[VOTE] Should we accept Pig as a Hadoop subproject?

Should we accept Pig as a subproject? I think it has done well getting  
through the incubator, both with attracting new committers and making  
its first release. Within Yahoo, on our research clusters, the jobs  
are roughly broken down into 1/3 streaming, 1/3 java map/reduce, and  
1/3 pig, so it is a very relevant project.
