HADOOP-6382 exists to back port enough of the maven-in-ant
infrastructure into HADOOP 20 to allow these jars to be published.

Instructions for doing this have not yet been added to
http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/HowToRelease, but in Avro I've just used
scp to publish jars to Maven.
