Have done another update and tried to represent the results of the various comments during the day. Have mainly tried to :
1) Re-emphaise the role of a Sponsor as an ongoing role. No particular requirements in the process (other than initial recommendation), but have stated that there is an expectation of continued involvement and assistance, and that anything else may actually negatively impact the incubation process (doesn't say anything good if the Sponsor looses interest).
2) Left the Sponsoring Entity responsibilities, but have clearly stated that these are discharged by the Shepherd, who is representing the Sponsoring Entity.
Again thoughts are welcome (and expected :>).
