Set Up Mailing LIsts for "ADF Faces" Podling

Per the "ADF Faces" proposal[1] that was accepted by the MyFaces PMC, please
set up the following mailing lists for this podling:
* [EMAIL PROTECTED]
* [EMAIL PROTECTED]
* [EMAIL PROTECTED]
* [EMAIL PROTECTED]
All of these lists should be available for unmoderated subscription by the
public, require moderator acceptance for posts from non-subscribed addresses,
and be archived according to standard policies. Initial moderator should be me
([EMAIL PROTECTED]), although we will likely add others later.
