Set Up SVN Repository for "ADF Faces" Podling

Per the "ADF Faces" proposal[1] that was accepted by the MyFaces PMC, please
set up a Subversion workspace named "adffaces" under the Incubator SVN root
directory. Initial committers (with current Apache accounts) shall be:
* Craig McClanahan <craigmcc>
* Matthias Wessendorf <matzew>
* Martin Marinschek <mmarinschek>
* Bruno Aranda <baranda>
We will also be adding several additional developers as soon as their accounts
have been set up (documented via a separate JIRA ticket).
