The proposal (http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/ChemistryProposal) is pretty much complete now, and the Jackrabbit project has started the vote to become a sponsor of this project. Assuming the Jackrabbit vote passes, I will then call the Incubator PMC to vote on accepting Chemistry for incubation. As discussed earlier, we're planning to keep the proposed name "Apache Chemistry".
