There are some issues that will need to be fixed:
- there must be a source distribution
- the distributions must be signed
- the distributions must include the Incubator disclaimer text
- the NOTICE file at the top of the distributions must start with:
Apache Cassandra
Copyright 2009 The Apache Software Foundation
- the artifact names must include "-incubating"
As this is the first release while incubating it would probably save
you respins if you can get you mentors to help and give the release a
review before calling a vote. There's some doc about all this which
