The sigs and hashes all look OK; archive contents looks OK.
NOTICE and LICENSE look OK; manifests look OK.

One minor problem from before:

The wink-0.1-incubating-*.jar files look to be a combination of the
client, common, server, spring and webdav jars, yet the NOTICE files
say "Apache Wink WebDav". These should say "Apache Wink".

IMO this is not a release blocker, but it should be fixed before the
next release as it's confusing.
