As a shepherd I just reviewed the Amber project. In my opinion this project has been badly let down by the incubation process.
Here are my notes from the review: Blocked from graduation by IP signoff from University of Newcastle. Report asks for guidance. Why are mentors not providing this? The projet has, IMHO, been unnecessarily blocked by this since October 2010.
