When EasyAnt entered incubation nobody expected this. IP stuff seemed to be without any problems as all contributors agreed with the move to the ASF - it wasn't before we started collecting ICLAs that we saw the problem (the contributor in question simply never answered any attempt to reach out to him for several months).
