Hey Chris, it looks like a bunch binding and non binding votes by folks
(including myself, Arun Murthy, Chris Douglas, Ted Dunning, Matt Franklin,
...) on the "[PROPOSAL] Apache Spark for the Incubator" thread and maybe
you missed counting these in this tally?

See my attached screenshot for what I'm referring to. I am probably missing
something here; like, did we all vote on the wrong thread maybe? Sorry if
so.
