The Python tools which generate the template for the Incubator's monthly report include a utility for assigning shepherds to podlings mostly at random. Those assignments are published at the top of the report wiki page. The November report has already been assigned. However, if there are a podling you'd particularly like to review this month, perhaps contact the currently assigned shepherd, either here on general@incubator or privately.
