When you get the MODERATE mail you should replyAll and send the acknowledgement to the *-accept-* and *-allow-tc.* addresses. The 'accept' permits the current e-mail through, and the 'allow' address will add the sender to the whitelist for future mails. There are other command to remove the sender if you change your mind later.
