Brooklyn does something similar, in svn we have a ready-to-go HTML
website. When I was getting the Brooklyn podling set up, I got
svnpubsub activated by opening a ticket with INFRA, e.g.:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-7921
