Back in June 2014, I suggested that this service be retired: http://s.apache.org/22q No one objected, and I removed the links to it. I don't think we should bring it back now; as Brane notes, keeping it up-to-date requires significant ongoing fiddling. Thanks once again to those who helped maintain it. It helped to prod changes which brought the Incubator out of perpetual crisis.
