Greg, Joe, I scanned both of those links and could not locate specific instructions regarding the text of a release announcement.
My streams announcement from earlier today would have been in compliance if: a) a short description of the project was included in the body b) the project-specific incubator disclaimer (below) was included in the body True or False?
