I checking: - incubating in name - signatures and hashes correct - DISCLAIMER exits - LICENSE and NOTICE correct - All source files have apache headers - No unexpected binary files (although there are some Microsoft Visual Studio files in the release - should they be there?) - Can compile from source. There’s probably no need to have the HEADER file, but probably no harm in leaving it in there either.
