Several things: the description of the project in para 1 and 3 do not
match. Second, the wording of the (current) last paragraph doesn't refer to
"podling" like other Incubator graduation resolutions. Third, the final
paragraph from the template, releasing the Incubator from responsibility.

See the Calcite resolution in this month's agenda.

Regarding 4 weeks: a new agenda should be posted within a 1-2 weeks, and
the revised resolution can immediately be placed there. The Board will vote
on it during its Nov 18 meeting. (technically, if you can finagle all 9
Directors to +1 the resolution before then, it passes on that 9th vote)
