It’s not open source software if it contains compiled code. I’m not sure that a 
SGA would even cover compiled code but INAL. Some binary files (jpegs, gifs 
etc) are OK as they are not compiled code. This is probably an edge case but it 
would IMO be easier to compile the code in question rather than include the 
jars in the source release.
