I figured that if I made the graphic available and publicized it on general@incubator, motivated podling contributors would run with it. :) If podlings aren't taking the initiative, I guess their Mentors could remind them. For what it's worth, the current lack of drop-in replacements for the old ASF logos prevents us from offering bulletproof update instructions.
